The real black olives of Nyons , from the Tanche variety, grown in Drôme Provençale and harvested when ripe. These olives are refined according to the strict rules of the AOP Nyons , to guarantee a melting flesh, not very salty, with aromas of chocolate, prune and hazelnut.
