Business gifts are deductible up to €50 per recipient per year (§ 4 Abs. 5 Nr. 1 EStG). At €49.22 including VAT, these gift sets remain below this limit, even if your company cannot reclaim the VAT.
Given to your employees, they also remain below the €50 limit for benefits in kind (§ 8 Abs. 2 Satz 11 EStG).
Valid for delivery to the office: home delivery is added to the gift amount. Please have your accounting department confirm the tax treatment.

Yes. For office deliveries, group shipping is included. For home deliveries, please allow €6 excluding VAT per address: send us the list in Excel or Google Sheets format. We do not deliver outside Germany.
Yes. Please indicate how many classic boxes and how many pork-free and alcohol-free boxes you would like. A vegetarian or vegan version is available upon request.
