The green lentils of Puy AOC La Ponote are grown on the volcanic plateaus of Haute-Loire at an altitude of over 1,200 m.
Thanks to this unique terroir, they are distinguished by their thin skin , their non-floury heart and their sweet and refined flavor.

⏲️ Preparation tips

- No need to soak

- Simply rinse with cold water before cooking

- Cook for 25 to 30 minutes in 4 times their volume of water

- Ideal portion: 60 g per person
