A raw, artisanal and very dry cider, made in Normandy.
The Cidrerie Fournier's Brut Cider is made from Normandy cider apples , harvested at full maturity and then fermented naturally. This cider offers a beautiful effervescence , a golden color , and frank aromas of fresh apple , citrus zest and a slight final bitterness , typical of characterful dry ciders.

Ideal as an aperitif, with a complete pancake , savory crepes , or a runny Camembert .
