A duck breast (with bone) slowly cooked in its fat according to Landes tradition. Produced by Ferme d'Hournadet , a local breeder renowned for its expertise, this confit offers tender flesh and a deep taste, ideal for your convivial meals.

Serving tips
- Gently heat the duck breast in its own fat then brown it in the pan to obtain crispy skin.
- Goes very well with Sarladaise potatoes, lentils, or a warm salad.
- For an aperitif/side dish: shred a little duck breast on toast with pickles and mustard.

- Recommended storage: between 15° and 19°. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
