This traditional dry sausage is made in Savoie by Les Jacquemardes , artisan charcutiers located in the heart of the mountains. Prepared from selected French pork , stuffed into natural casing , then slowly matured in the cellar, it offers a firm texture , a balanced flavor , and a delicate aroma of the land.
