This artisanal sausage is enriched with wild chanterelles for a delicate, woody note. Made from French pork and stuffed in natural casing , it is carefully matured in Savoie. The subtle aroma of mushrooms combines with the richness of dry sausage for a gourmet, original and very elegant result.

Perfect for an autumn aperitif, a mountain aperitif board or a well-deserved hike.
