✨ A legendary cheese from the Southwest
Roquefort AOP Tradition Émotion is one of the most famous French cheeses, often nicknamed the “king of blues”.
Made exclusively from raw sheep's milk , it is matured in the natural cellars of Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, where it develops its unique blue-green marbling thanks to Penicillium roqueforti .

- Origin: Aveyron, South West of France
- Milk: 100% sheep
- Maturing in natural humid cellars (minimum 3 months)
- Melting texture & powerful flavor with saline and creamy notes
