✨ A Jura cheese with a unique character

Jean Perrin's Morbier AOP made from raw milk is an artisanal cheese typical of the Jura massif.
Recognizable by its fine black line of vegetable ash , it is manufactured in compliance with the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) specifications.


🏔️ Texture & taste

- Uncooked pressed cheese: soft & creamy

- Sweet, milky & slightly fruity flavors

- Aged for at least 45 days to reveal its full character
