Recognizable by its bowl (hollow at the top), Langres AOP is not turned over during ripening , which concentrates the moisture and gives a creamy, melting and very fragrant paste. A must for lovers of characterful cheeses.

🏔️ Origin & Refining

- Origin: Champagne

- Milk: cow

- Washed crust , natural orange color

- Refining for approximately 15–21 days , for a soft center and typical aromatic intensity

🍽️ Tasting ideas

- By the spoonful , directly with country bread

- On a platter with crunchy pickles and a dash of honey

- Melted over baked potatoes or roasted vegetables

- Portion 180 g

- Store between +4°C and +8°C

- Remove 20–30 min before serving for optimal texture
