With its soft and melting texture, it reveals fruity, buttery and slightly sweet flavors , perfect for a gourmet moment.

- Traditional manufacturing in the Jura massif

- Compliance with the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) specifications

- Aged for 6 months : balance between freshness and aromatic intensity
